A practical operating system for better decisions
EDGE is three complementary layers, not competing definitions: an Identity-centered architecture, a development journey, and a decision operating loop. It is not an acronym. The phase names do not spell E-D-G-E.
Why it exists
Leaders often do not lack intelligence or effort. They lack a repeatable system for assessing conditions, clarifying priorities, building capability, executing decisions, and adapting when reality shifts.
Four capacity pillars
Assessments, filters, curriculum, and navigation use four capacity pillars. When explaining the literal framework geometry, Identity is the center of the triangle, not a fourth equivalent corner. Self, Relationship, and Career are the three load-bearing arenas through which Identity is expressed.
