What “find your floor” means
Finding your floor means finding what is solid and actionable in the situation. Not every pressure needs a plan, and not every plan needs to happen now. The Floor helps you stand on what you can work with.
Who it helps
Use it when the noise is high and the next step is not. It is a separate product in the Decisive Leader family. It does not share accounts, integrations, or progress with Arty, Adaptive, Decision Debt, or The Decision Room.
How the experience works
The flow offers a brief pause or exercise, then clarification, then a practical next move or a deliberate release.
