Next Move
Sort competing priorities. Choose one justified next move.
Next Move is for moments when too many priorities are competing for attention. It helps one person sort what each item needs, then choose one justified next move — and release the rest from immediate pressure.

The situation
“I have too many priorities and don’t know what to do first.”
Who it is for
Leaders and professionals juggling competing demands who need a clear, explainable next step — not another list that stays open forever.
What you do
The flow walks one session of overload through six steps: Capture, Prioritize, Sort, Define, Choose, and Plan.
Capture
Bring in the competing items that are pulling for attention now.
Prioritize & Sort
Order and view items by what matters — including deadline and priority views — without losing your own order.
Define
Clarify what kind of attention each item needs: Do, Decide, Defer, Delegate, or Drop.
Choose & Plan
Pick one justified next move with a reason, optional supporting actions, and clear destinations for everything else.
What you get
A single next move you can defend, plus an explicit plan for the remaining items — including legitimate waiting and dropping — so the rest stop competing for attention now.
Local-first by design
Next Move runs its core prioritization workflow from what you enter in the browser. Guest device saving keeps plans on this device by default. Optional account sync, AI-assisted features, and email reminders are available only when those capabilities are enabled for the live deployment — they are not assumed on for every visitor, and account upload requires an explicit confirm when offered.
