What Adaptive is, and how it relates to Arty
Decisive Leader is the user-facing leadership and decision ecosystem. Arty is the conversational thinking partner and AI Chief of Staff. Adaptive is the private operating environment that gives Arty continuity, permissioned context, structured work, and tools. The Homepage Guide orients visitors. You begin with Arty.
Adaptive is a signed-in product for ongoing work. It is not a generic chatbot, and it is not a finished human chief of staff. It is not the Homepage Guide, not a separate mobile app, not the Decision Debt app, and not the Decision Room.
AI can increase speed and volume, but judgment still belongs to the person. Adaptive supports human judgment. It does not replace executive accountability.

Think clearly
Keep a persistent conversation with Arty in text or voice. Frame hard calls in a Decision Workspace so options, tradeoffs, and rationale stay visible. Arty helps you think. You still own the decision.
Preserve context
Attach supported documents to a conversation so the next turn can still use them. Save files to your library when you choose. Personal operating preferences (name, voice, style, and permissions) stay with your workspace.
Turn thought into work
Capture tasks, commitments, and next actions from the conversation. Organize them on the Work Board. Arty can generate downloadable documents where that workflow is supported. A file is not claimed until generation and save succeed.
Keep priorities visible
See what deserves attention, what can wait, and what already has a next step. Insights, saved deliverables, reminders, and proactive signals stay in the workspace so follow-through is not trapped in chat history.
Navigate career decisions
Use Decision Workspaces to think through career calls. Optional Job Search stays off until you enable it. Then Arty can search public opportunities from criteria you supply, and when you ask, from saved preferences or a résumé you provide. Résumé contents and personal details are not sent to search providers. Saving, removing, and follow-through stay confirmation-gated. You can track status and notes on saved opportunities. Adaptive does not automatically apply, contact employers or recruiters, or offer unrestricted LinkedIn or Indeed search. Results do not guarantee qualification, suitability, or availability, and unknown salary, location, or remote status stays unknown.
Stay in control
Records are yours. Optional capabilities stay off until you enable them. Consequential or persistent follow-through asks for confirmation where that gate is implemented. You can manage individual records and delete your account.
Documents, with limits
Supported documents (PDF, Word, text, and Markdown, subject to size and permission limits) can be attached for contextual work. Conversation attachments stay with that conversation unless you save them. Arty can generate downloadable Word, PDF, text, or Markdown files where supported. Not every format or every reply becomes a file.
Not a generic chatbot
Conversation connects to structured decisions and work. Relevant context can continue across appropriate follow-ups. Tasks, decisions, documents, preferences, and outputs stay organized. Permission and confirmation boundaries stay visible.
Privacy and control
Adaptive is a private signed-in workspace. It does not make important decisions for you, automatically apply for jobs, or contact employers.
